The aim of every mixing process is the even distribution of individual substances to a precisely defined level of homogeneity.

WAB focuses on 3D shaker mixer technology, which can handle even the most difficult applications: for example, mixing components with very varied specific weights, different particle sizes or large differences in concentration.

This is where our mixers TURBULA® and dyna-MIX® achieve the highest possible mixing quality in the shortest possible time. Both TURBULA® and dyna-MIX® series complement each other and allow the use of mixing containers with a volume of 0.1 to 1000 litres.

TURBULA

3D shaker mixer for container volumes from 0.1 to 55 litres. The exceptional efficiency of the TURBULA® mixers is achieved by the harmonic interaction of rotation, translation and inversion throughout the mixing process. The high mixing efficiency of these 3D shaker mixers leads to very short mixing times and thus to an extremely gentle mixing process.

With the TURBULA® series you can produce dry mixtures with the highest quality requirements and excellent reproducibility. The mixers are easy to operate and allow hygienic work. You are flexible in your choice of mixing containers.

DYNA-MIX

3D shaker mixer for container volumes from 40 to 1000 litres The dyna-MIX® mixes solids with solids, solids with liquids, or liquids with liquids.

It is employed when high quality mixing results are required for large volumes. Its heavy-duty construction also allows the processing of large quantities of material with high specific weights. The mixing process of the dyna-MIX® shaker mixer is based on controlled, three-dimensional mixing movements. A gimbal-mounted support transfers the defined kinematics accurately to the clamped mixing container.

A sophisticated control system ensures reproducible mixing results at all times.
